Poured Walls
D. O. Rittenhouse offers poured wall foundations of all sizes and dimensions.
Standard Footing - 6" depth and 18" width.
Walls - 8" thickness and 8" (or more) height.
Reinforcement with rebar consisting of 3 horizontal runs.
Anchor Bolts
Rough Openings - with pressure treated lumber
Frost Footings - 36" below grade. (Note: Footing depth changes to 8")
Insulated and engineered retaining walls.
We do both waterproofing and damp proofing. Pennsylvania building code requires a water repellant coating on walls that are below ground level. We use Deco 20 Damp proofing. This can be applied directly to damp walls. Only one application is required.
Damp proofing is applied with an airless sprayer. No seams! Dries gray with no odor, and can be painted!
